Empower Your Path. Live With Purpose.

Hi there! I’m so glad you found your way here. I hope something you saw sparked a bit of curiosity and encouraged you to explore further. Like many of you, I wear many hats—woman, mother, professional, partner—all while striving to live a meaningful, purpose-driven life and give back to the world in a way that matters.

I often say I’ve taken the long and winding road to get to where I am today. And while deep down I always had a sense of my direction, I can’t say for sure if I lost focus along the way, or if I was simply allowing myself the grace to grow and evolve through each season of life.

My coaching journey began in the summer of 2006. I was a new mom, standing on the front porch of my mother-in-law’s house while she cared for my 2-month-old daughter. I was preparing for a call with my boss about returning to work. That moment—on a beautiful sunny day—is etched in my memory. I felt a flood of emotions as I realized something had shifted inside me. My purpose had changed.

Up until then, I had built a successful career in data and analytics—work I genuinely loved. But suddenly, it felt… misaligned, like I lost sight of my life goals. Helping Fortune 500 companies increase profits no longer felt like enough for me. I was suddenly compelled to figure out a way to use my skills to create a better world for my daughter (and future kids) yet I didn’t know what that looked like nor how to achieve it. That sudden realization sparked a deep internal conflict: I had a great job, a supportive boss, an easy baby, and a helpful husband—yet the idea of returning to work filled me with a dread I never knew.

Fast-forward to two more kids, a Master’s degree, and a few companies later—I’m still a working mom, but I eventually found myself in a professional space that fulfills me. Though it took me a while to get there, through the ups and downs I discovered what I love, what I’m great at, what I can’t stand, and what I refuse to compromise on. I found passion in my work, commitment to my family, and—eventually—balance in my life.

If I could go back and do it all again, I would have sought support sooner. I would’ve welcomed an objective partner to help me navigate life’s conundrums to lessen the stress and anxiety. Without a doubt, I believe a coach would have helped me reach my goals with more clarity and confidence. Without a doubt, I believe a life coach can help many of you do the same.

Becoming a coach is my way of honoring the conviction I felt on that porch all those years ago. It’s how I blend my skills, my experiences, and my heart to help others discover their path, define their purpose, and become their best selves. In my mind, if we are all living our best selves, our world will be a better place to live in.
